• Tank Measurements

  Measure and photograph existing tanks, pinpoint equipment concerns, and verify structural dimensions

• Pre-Installation Review Visit

  Teach plant personnel how to lay out a tank, review all equipment being installed, and walk through the installation manual

• Start-up and Commissioning

  Perform a dry-tank test run and develop a corrective action report to resolve any issues

• Classroom Training

  Complete training on operation and maintenance of Polychem equipment

• C.A.S.E. Program

  Inspection service for existing installations that assesses the life expectancy of critical components

• Retrofit Program

  Recommend cost-effective refurbishment of existing chain and flight equipment
