Brentwood Strengthens Global Strategy with Executive Promotions

Alignment of Commercial and Operational Leadership Positions Company for Scaled Growth

Brentwood Industries, Inc., a global plastics manufacturing company headquartered in Reading, today announced the promotions of Clinton (Clint) McCorkle to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Walter Banta to Chief Operations Officer (COO). These appointments are part of Brentwood’s long-term strategy to accelerate growth, strengthen global competitiveness, and ensure seamless alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution.

With McCorkle driving global demand and Banta leading global supply, Brentwood is creating unified leadership across the two functions most critical to performance: understanding market opportunities and ensuring the company delivers against them. Together with Chief Financial Officer Kristin Kohler, Chief Strategy Officer Peter Rye, and Chief Executive Officer Caitlin Banta, the expanded executive team will enable Brentwood to anticipate customer needs, allocate resources strategically, and execute with greater speed, quality, and scale worldwide.

“Aligning leadership across supply and demand ensures Brentwood can grow with focus, discipline, and impact,” said Caitlin Banta, CEO of Brentwood. “Clint and Walter bring proven expertise and a collaborative leadership approach that will strengthen how we serve customers, expand globally, and live out our commitment to operating as One Brentwood.”
