Trapezoidal Flutes
Corrugated sheets forms dual-angle flutes that encourage sediment compaction, allowing even the finest floc to settle.

Wave Sheets
Unique wave sheets align perfectly with corrugations on adjacent tube settler modules to provide even flute spacing and create a nesting effect.

Featured Installations
Okatie, South Carolina
Application
The Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority required a dual solution for particle settling and sludge removal. Brentwood was able to offer its tube settlers for increased settling capacity and the SedVac system to remove sludge from the basin floor upon settlement. Together, the two systems maximize performance through efficient sludge management.
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Application
The Saskatoon project, one of Brentwood’s largest tube settler installations to date, posed an interesting challenge. Being located in northern Canada, there was concern regarding the impact the water temperature might have on the performance of the tube settlers, seeing as it enters the plant barely above freezing. A successful study was completed in 2012 and demonstrated performance consistent with standard installations. This resulted in the plant converting its four large basins to Brentwood tube settlers.
