Brentwood in Mexico
Brentwood opened a medical manufacturing facility in Tijuana in early 2018. This represented our first international expansion dedicated to custom thermoformed medical packaging.
The clean room in Tijuana serves Central America and the western United States. It is ISO Class 7 certified, providing operational redundancy and peace of mind for our medical device customers.

Brentwood can form deep tubs and bins at an industry-leading 8-inch inline forming depth. Our deep tubs and bins can be formed up to .08 inches thick, ideal for applications requiring extra stability.
