Performs tooling repairs to existing and new tooling using surface grinding, milling, CNC and EDM equipment as necessary. Troubleshoot tooling related molding issues and suggest cost effective repairs. Clean and perform mold and tooling preventative maintenance.

Perform setup and approval to run CNC trimming work centers and responsible for operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner to produce a part that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Is also responsible for in-process inspections and making appropriate changes to the forming process to meet or exceed customer and Company requirement.
