At Brentwood, we believe interns deserve a real shot at growth. Every summer, our interns take on meaningful projects that make a real impact while learning from some of the best in the business.

 

These are paid, hands-on opportunities for full-time college students, and we love to see interns become long-term members of the Brentwood family. Many of our interns go on to join us full time after graduation!

Throughout your internship at Brentwood, you will receive one on-one guidance, feedback, and be surrounded by a supportive team to help you succeed.

Meaningful Projects

Contribute to Brentwood's initiatives for the chance to make a real impact. Each intern at Brentwood will be tasked with projects that will provide hands-on experience that strengthens your skills within a specific field, while supporting your learning.

Professional Development

Experience the opportunity to learn professional workplace dynamics. Managing deadlines, observing meetings, and communicating professionally. To wrap up your summer internship at Brentwood, deliver a presentation on your project scope.

What to Expect

At Brentwood we offer a full-time, paid, 10 week internship running from June to August. Our goal is to provide a hands-on, meaningful experience that helps you build real-world skills and prepare you for your future career.

Interns have the opportunity to contribute in areas such as Engineering, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience with industry experts.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am -5pm

Location: Reading, PA*
