The Vice President of the Cooling Tower division directs the development and execution of the business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes that will drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. They will identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers while providing leadership, vision, and strategy for new product development and product lifecycle management of existing products. They will conduct and oversee market analysis and interact with customers and prospects to identify new markets, articulate the value proposition, define requirements, and lead the development of a product roadmap. The Vice President has a wide network of contacts within industry to keep informed about current and future industry and market actions. They research and analyze the business environment, competitors, and customers to develop ideas for new products and services, pricing, and business models. Directs financial feasibility studies, proposal development, and negotiations for new business opportunities as well as collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support growth strategy of the division.
