Upgrades and Solutions Manager

The Solutions Manager role is one of the most critical roles in the growth and development of the Polychem Brand. They will be responsible for facilitating all Solutions Based aftermarket growth. They will be able to perform the most challenging inspection and analysis of customer installations. Their on-site work will generate parts, upgrades and service inquiries – which will be quoted by the Specialist. The Solutions Manager will assist in the performing of Bill of Material takeoffs, they will write detailed reports and develop innovative solutions to complex customer problems. They will rely extensively on their sales capability to successfully bridge the customer needs, the representative capabilities and Brentwood business objectives. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
