Solutions Engineer

We have an immediate opening for a Solutions Engineer in our Water Group.  Hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for facilitating all solutions-based aftermarket growth. They will be able to perform the most challenging inspection and analysis of customer installations. Their on-site work will generate parts, upgrades, and service inquiries.  The Solutions Engineer will write detailed reports and develop innovative solutions to complex customer problems. They will rely extensively on their sales capability to successfully bridge the customer needs, the representative capabilities, and Brentwood business objectives. The position requires both business acumen as well as Polychem experience as the set of encountered customer challenges may be physical or mechanical, budgetary or implementation types of challenges. Creativity and problem-solving skills are incumbent to the successful Engineer. Most important, however, is the “critical thinking” ability to thoroughly investigate every opportunity and follow it through to a successful solution implementation.
