We have an immediate opening for Corporate Counsel at our corporate office. Hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Corporate counsel will assist in protecting an organization’s legal interest and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law. They will provide hands-on counsel to all levels of executive staff and manage the operations of legal department. Counsel will identify and analyze legal issues, draft key documents, present clear recommendations to top management, and assure legal compliance.
