Assists the Maintenance Department in repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures and plumbing and electrical systems of industrial establishment by performing the following duties.

The Key Account Specialist (KAS) will have a full-time account management role to work in conjunction with the sales team and other staff of the organization to facilitate the smooth running of the company’s customer requests.  The primary focus is to create long-term, trusting relationships with assigned key accounts.

Manages daily tasks and assignment of duties for all CNC Programming. Creates numerically controlled programs to control contour path machining of plastic parts on automatic machine tools.  Duties include correcting and improving existing CNC programs for quality and efficiency targets and assisting with new project development.

Responsible for applying engineering principles and analytical techniques to establish and continually improve manufacturing processes. Functions performed may include: determining the inputs and sequence of processes necessary to perform production operations, recommending the design of production machines and other plant equipment, and advise manufacturing plants with design problems relating to production equipment.

The primary responsibilities of the Engineering Project Coordinator and Cost Analyst are to provide project coordination support to the Design Engineering team and serve as a key resource for project cost analysis and new project estimating.

The Systems Administrator I will install, configure and manage the organization's key systems, business platforms, computers, software, and related peripherals.

The role of the OEM ACCOUNT MANAGER (OAM) is to lead sales growth of Brentwood’s engineered systems and equipment, services, components, and aftermarket parts, by managing the relationship with identified OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).  The OAM, with support from Product Management, New Product Development, Applications Engineering and Commercial Operations teams, develops project opportunities with current and new OEM customers to promote awareness of Brentwood’s capabilities and work with OEMs to have Brentwood products specified and installed in OEM equipment and service solutions.

The Customer Service Level 1 (CS1) Specialist serves as the first point of contact for our global customers, delivering responsive, professional support across multiple product lines. This role plays a key part in driving global aftermarket sales by ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and transactional support.

The Shipping Supervisor oversees the shipping and logistics operations of the business. They are responsible for ensuring shipping and receiving schedules are met, and that all transactions are completed accurately.

The North America Procurement Manager oversees procurement and logistics activities across the US and Canada, ensuring cost -effective sourcing of goods and services while maintaining quality and compliance.

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting production work to ensure that product quality meets customers’ expectations. Assists the Director of Engineering and Quality in planning, coordinating and directing quality control programs.

The Validation Engineer will lead validation activities across our production lines. They will have a strong background in quality systems, process validation, and regulatory compliance, with specific experience in plastics manufacturing.
