Engineering Manager

We have an immediate opening in our Cooling Tower division. Hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. The Engineering Manager will take the lead on key development projects, provide technical support and research advice product and engineering teams.  They will oversee and implement product development strategies, objectives, and initiatives.  Leads research for new products, product enhancements, and product redesign. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
