Brentwood's Twin sheet forming equipment enables us to heat two sheets of thermoplastic material simultaneously, form each sheet into a separate mold and join the two sheets together all in the same machine cycle.
Brentwood offers heavy gauge Twin Sheet Forming up to 48" x 96" to create a diverse range of parts that offer both structural and insulating advantages over single sheet designs. These are essentially flat panels that can be foam filled for additional stiffness and thermal insulation. Applications include:
