Thermoformed Medical Packaging
Brentwood’s state-of-the-art clean room, in conjunction with an ISO 9001:2008 certification, allows us to produce thermoformed packaging for sterile medical and dental devices. We are dedicated to providing the best customer service through each project stage, demonstrated by collaborating with customers on product design, generating prototypes for validation testing, and offering post-manufacturing services such as just-in-time delivery and supplier-managed inventory. Our quality management system is also integrated into every step of the production process, guaranteeing consistent products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Examples of previous or existing custom products range from long catheter trays to clamshells of every shape and size.
With the latest expansion of our ISO Class 8 clean room, Brentwood offers a manufacturing environment of over 26,000 square feet to support our device packaging customers. The clean room is currently equipped with six in-line formers, one long bed machine, and three match metal trim presses, however, high volume needs can be met with the capacity for eleven machines. Brentwood’s in-line formers utilize our proprietary quick-change tool, allowing us to offer lower tooling costs, quickly respond to customer demands, and handle high-volume runs. With expertise in thin gauge plastics ranging from HIPS and PETG to technically demanding polycarbonates, Brentwood engineers help each customer determine the best material and manufacturing process for each application.
