Injection Molded & Thermoformed Medical Packaging
Brentwood’s state-of-the-art clean rooms, in conjunction with an ISO 9001:2008 certification, allows us to produce thermoformed packaging for sterile medical and dental devices. We are dedicated to providing the best customer service through each project stage, demonstrated by collaborating with customers on product design, generating prototypes for validation testing, and offering post-manufacturing services such as just-in-time delivery and supplier-managed inventory. Our quality management system is also integrated into every step of the production process, guaranteeing consistent products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Examples of previous or existing custom products range from long catheter trays to clamshells of every shape and size.
With continued expansion of our ISO Class 8 clean rooms, Brentwood offers a manufacturing environment of over 30,000 square feet to support our medical packaging customers. The thermoforming clean room is currently equipped with six in-line formers, one long bed machine, and three match metal trim presses. All machines utilize quick-change tooling, allowing us to quickly respond to customer demands and handle high-volume runs. With expertise in HIPS, PETG to technically demanding polycarbonates, Brentwood engineers help each customer determine the best material and manufacturing process for each application.
Brentwood’s thermoplastic molding expertise in the medical industry extends well beyond packaging. See our Injection Molded Medical Components & Devices page and our heavy-gauge applications on the Thermoformed Medical Diagnostic Equipment solutions page.
