May 5-7, 2010 marked Polychem's 4th exhibition at IFAT (International Trade
Fair for Water, Sewage, Refuse, Recycling) in Shanghai, China. First introduced in
2004, this exhibiton, has quickly grown to become the largest and most important
trade show for environmental technologies in China. Ascentic, Ltd., Polychem's
sales representative in China, assisted in the booth along with Steve Fenwick,
Joe Rebilas, and Patrick Yeoh from Polychem, and Peter Rye, Brentwood Ind.
WEFTEC 09, Orlando, FL
Thank you for visiting our booth at the recent WEFTEC Trade Show in Orlando,
FL. Our staff enjoyed meeting many new potential customers and connecting
with our current dedicated sales reps from around the world.
Over 75 sales reps attended the annual breakfast. Congratulations to C&M Environmental, Canada, as the recipient of the Golden Sprocket award. The
Golden Sprocket is achieved by having outstanding sales performance for three years. Gierlich-Mitchell, Inc., CA, won the outstanding sales performance
domestic
and Jacques L. Cretel, France, for the outstanding international sales
representative for 2009. Thank you to all our Sales Reps for a great 2009!

NSF Standard 61 Press Release
READING, PENNSYLVANIA, USA, FEBRUARY 2009 – Polychem Systems, the
leading supplier of 100% non-metallic chain and flight sludge collector systems, announces the completion of NSF/ANSI Standard 61 certification.
NSF Standard
61 is the nationally recognized health effects standard for
devices, components, and materials which contact drinking water. The standard addresses crucial aspects of drinking water system components, indirect
additive products and materials, products, components, and materials. When a material is certified
under Standard 61, its certification indicates use restrictions on parameters
such as maximum use temperature or surface area to volume
ratio when the material is used in a finished product.

WEDA SD - Guandu, Brazil

Polychem Systems WEDA SD System was chosen to handle the sedimentation sludge removal at the Guandu Treatment Facility in Brazil. Guandu holds the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest water treatment plant.

Polychem System to be Installed in the Largest Asia Plant
Polychem Systems remains the worldwide leader in Non-metallic Chain & Flight Collector Systems. In December 2007 Polychem Systems began installation of
the Bailonggang Waste Water Plant in Shanghai. The renovation and expansion
of the Bailonggang's Waste Water Treatment Plant will be the largest of its kind
in the world. Equipment for installation was on site/in country within 6 months
of receipt of the purchase order.
Upon completion in June 2008, this plant will have a capacity to process 2 million cubic m of wastewater a day and will be the world's largest sewage treatment plant in terms of processing capacity.

Polychem: The Global Leader
Polychem Systems remains the worldwide leader in Non-metallic Chain & Flight Collector Systems. We recently began with Ulliman Schutte Construction a $6,200,000 - Third Phase renovation for Blue Plains, DC Waste Water Treatment Plant scheduled to be completed over the next several years. This installation consists of over 500 collectors.
Phase I was started in 2002 and Phase IV is to be completed by spring of 2010.
