New Product Introduction
Polychem Systems proudly announced its SmartGuard tm Collector Monitoring
System
to the public on October 3, 2010.

Customers stop by at WEFTEC to see Polychem's revolutionary SmartGuard system
SmartGuard is a revolutionary fault detection system for water and waste
water collector systems. SmartGuard identifies system overloads that can't be
detected by a traditional shear-pin or torque monitoring device. SmartGuard
monitors regular motion of lower-rear idler sprockets, warns of potential
danger, and shuts down the system before chain, attachment link, or flight
damage occurs.
Optional applications include an add-on panel that complements the current
control system, or a full panel that works as a total control solution.
