We have an immediate opening for a Process Engineering Specialist at our Hope, Arkansas, facility. Hours 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The Process Engineering Specialist will improve the thermoforming process by analyzing job efficiencies, workflow, and work center layout, and identifying training needs. Will drive process optimization, resolve process and equipment issues, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
